โ โ โ โ โ I came in for an eye exam and wanted to update my eyewear. Barbara, deb, and pam catered to my every need with care. They are pleasing and professional. Very informative too! The ambience of the store is welcoming and there are a variety of brands and style that you can choose from. I am loving my new specs! They are perfect!! Will definitely be back for another set.

I haven't gotten a new pair of glasses in a few years because I can never find one that suits me, but they helped me find the most gorgeous pair! They also helped me through claiming my insurance. I love that it's women owned and operated; the service was impeccable and I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!

โ โ โ โ โ It's been a great experience dealing with Deb and Barb in helping my son be fitted with the latest myopia control lens and the perfect frame to go along with it. As a first time customer here, I love how they treat you like you've been a loyal customer for years. From the very first steps of walking in to the last steps walking out....you get treated with respect and kindness. In particular, I love they were able to direct-bill, work within our plan limits and made the claims process such a breeze for me. Just WOW! I'm sure every 2 years from now on, we'll see each other again ;)

The service is personable and there's no other place I would go for my optical needs. Brought my mother and grandmother in and was very impressed by the level of service and selection. The twins have a great eye for style and know what glasses will suit you the best.

They have great service and are very accommodating to your needs. They take your requests into consideration and help you find the perfect frame for you. As a student, they walked me through the insurance process and ensured it was easy for me to understand. The twins are more than happy to spend time helping us pick frames that best fit our needs. The hardest part of buying a new pair of glasses is when I get dizzy for the first few days while my eyes get adjusted to them. With every pair I have purchased here, I have never needed to adjust to the glasses; the owners are able to measure my eyes precisely so the new pairs always feel natural right from the start. The after-sales support is equally impressive because for the few times I needed the frames adjusted, they were happy to make sure they fit perfectly before I left so I wouldn't have to come back. Did you know that they also provide vision testing by a licensed optician? Very convenient indeed. I highly recommended buying your next pair of glasses at President Optical.
