โ โ โ โ โ BEWARE! If lenses aren't right for you, most other shops would offer a fix/remake for free but Osaka Optical doesn't!! Money grabbers... they want you to pay half the price IN ADDITION to the full price that you already paid on the wrong ones?? How's that ethical?!

โ โ โ โ โ I thought they were amazing! Edmund and the owner helped me out. Glasses prices are a bit high, but I donโt know where it isnโt. Definitely not as high as LensCrafters! Great quality got Georgi Armani! They told me I can come in anytime to adjust glasses overall great service!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Prices run pretty high but the customer service cannot be beat. There were some QC issues with my prescription glasses and they remade the lenses, free-of-charge, no questions asked. I would recommend them.

I received my brand new glasses in less than an hour, and got a fair price too -- I told them my budget and they gave me a pretty good deal. They also told me that if I ever need my glasses repaired or adjusted, I can come back anytime and it will be free of charge.

โ โ โ โ โ Been a customer for over 10 years, Dennis the rookie is extremely Incompetent. Failed complete a simple sale and has zero communication. Frame choices are old or fake and marked up 500% to dry up your insurance plan, typical con artists and insurance fraud.
