★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING service, excellent prices and huge brand selections! Hands down the best Optical place I've ever been to. Service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. The frames I got was incredible and they had all of the brand names, as well as styles I had not seen before. I had full assistance the entire time, starting from suggestions with frames and honest opinions. My questions about lenses were answered and I never once felt pressured to buy a certain frame or lens quality over another. When I needed frame adjustment, they were more than happy to assist. I will DEFINATELY be returning for glasses here in the future. I highly recommend you do the same!

Recently the frame was broken and the repair in my local authorized service agent would need a copy of the receipt that I no longer have it. I called and emailed them for help. SJ helped me out quickly and responded to my emails after hours. They went extra miles to meet my expectations. I will definitely return to shop here next time when I am in Vancouver. Highly recommended this place to shop.

Super-friendly and accommodating, they offer a great selection of frames and if they don't carry what you're looking for, they can bring it in. Most recently I purchased a new pair of frames and lenses and then accidentally put a scratch on one of the lenses two weeks later. I went back to see what could be done and they replaced my lens on the spot at no charge. Their commitment to customer service is what brings us back every time we need new frames. Highly-recommended!
