Always found the whole team friendly and professional, never felt pressure to buy anything. I don't even live in Richmond and we still make the drive out here to purchase from them. Have I found some places that are a little cheaper before? Sure, it's a retail industry there's always going to be some competitors that offer a potential better deal at the time. But we still come back because of the staff and how well we've been treated all these years. I still recommend people to Skeye if they don't already have their go to place yet.

I felt dizzy and sick the first time wearing the glasses. The sales in the store said other people felt good and only me not adapted to the glasses. This words are really unprofessional. After I pointed out that the frame was not adjusted properly they didn't apologize. After they adjusted the frame I still felt stressful wearing the glasses. Then the sales said that they had no responsibility for it. I don't know how the store hired the sales who has no professional knowledge about the glasses and also treat badly on the customers. Do not go to this store!!!

If they offer you a cheaper price, be careful the lens quality! Response to the owner: I didn't mistaken you. I am your customer, and found out you are dishonest and terrible customer service, so I would like to let other people know. No need to have a google account on your file.
