โ โ โ โ โ The employees are nice and prices are fair but when we show them are health insurance they would give us a discount and would give us it back soon but 2 weeks later they never called then I called them and they said oh yeah we will call you soon next week they still hadnโt called my mom and dad had to yell at them for an hour just to get there money back and on top of that my brother and I got in trouble just for us what if to buy glasses at this store even tho it was us who paid for it finally one and a half months later they gave out money back I donโt recommend this place but I can respect them for at least saying sorry but overall not a good place to get glasses at??

โ โ โ โ โ Great Price, cheaper than other comparable shops in Richmond; Offer lots and latest model of products to choose from. Service is superb throughout the whole shopping experience. I asked for reprint of receipts, and the staff promptly mailed out duplicate to me. Will buy again and recommend to friends and family without any hestitation.

โ โ โ โ โ I really like this store. I have a bit of a sunglasses addiction and I found the selection not as big but they have nice stuff and are very helpful.
This one is newly discovered and I got some Chanelโs and Jimmy Choo sunglasses for an excellent price. I would definitely go here again if in the area and in need of some more glasses. :)

โ โ โ โ โ I have been going to Eye Gallery Optical for a few years now for all my glasses and sunglasses needs. They have a pretty good selection at a really good price point compared to other optical stores. Service is also amazing! They do not do direct billing to insurance providers, but you can submit the receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

โ โ โ โ โ Staff was very friendly and helpful compare to many other eye glasses stores around the neighborhood. First time shopping at this location and the atmosphere was great, no hard selling. Their equipment were also exceptional. LED mirrors to see clearly when trying on glasses and they immediately sanitize any glasses that we tried on and didn't want. Great service from the staff as well. Definitely recommend.
