In the food court right next to Fun4kidz, they have 4 small rides 3 are not working.
They give you refund as if they were expecting it every time.
Very sneaky that they're not putting any signs, collecting kids bloody loonies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large play center kept clean huge multiple slides and climbing areas - we live in Vancouver and drive in to Richmond to bring her here. Well worth it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been here for a couple of times already and kids really enjoyed the place. It is a perfect play space to let your child go wild. It is pricy, but the kids had lots of fun and hardly wanted to leave the playground. The drop and shop option allowed us to let kids play by themselves, while we explored the mall. It is a perfect play area that would let your kid to be strong and independent. I thoroughly explored myself the structure and got a few perfect blues :). I'm happy this place is open in this difficult pandemic times. But, if you're afraid of little dust, germs or little accidents, keep your child home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You pay about $20 / kid and $3/adult and can play All-day. However, the hygiene level is terrible as they only have 1 staff on-duty from the 3 hours of our visit. Food and drinks are allowed inside, so you can imagine... We will not go again for a second time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty. Of all the indoor play centres I've been to (go bananas, castle royal, 365 fundays etc..) this one is the dirtiest. I asked the front if the place gets cleaned every night, they said no it doesn't. Today is Saturday and we got here at 11am, they opened at 10am, and there were only 2 other kids here. The main play area has dirt, dust, and shoe marks all over even though it's supposed to be socks only. I noticed this when I saw my kids (1 and 3) rolling their face on the ground and seeing hair and dust stuck to their face. I am not easily disgusted as I love the outdoors and getting dirty, but this is unacceptable for an indoor space for kids and toddlers. The kids are having fun regardless. This is an indoor play area with an outdoor feel in regards to the amount of dirt and dust. The toddler area is even worse as most of the padding has ripped and you can see kids ripping out the inside foam. You are lucky when you come on a day that it has been cleaned I guess. Thank you for reading my 1st ever negative review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well-sized playcentre that has quite a few areas to explore. We went on the green slide and the set of 3 pink slides. They were both pretty fast, particularly the pink ones. Great for older kids! The maze area is quite dark but this may be intentional. Quite a few of the equipment and different parts of the play structure is in need of updating - soft foam balls in the ball cannon area and steps going up the structure were the ones that stood out the most. There is no washroom inside but there are some conveniently located in the food court so this isn't a huge issue. The toddler area is quite small - there is only a slide, a small tunnel, a few animal toys, and a few wall games. Would definitely recommend this place for the kids 5 years and older - they will sure have a blast! For the ones under 5, I would say it will be a hit or miss, depending on what they enjoy playing with. Mine only enjoys slides but the slides were way too fast for them.
