★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mainly imported figures and items. I feel like digging inside the treasure box when looking at their displays. I got couple be@rbrick random boxes from them. Love them. Pictures not allowed in the store so didn’t take a pic of their displays.

The markup percent on all of the plushoes is insane and disgusting, and the staff are incredibly pushy to the point at which you practically can’t look at anything peacefully. The Rilakkuma plushies are all completely fake and the stitching on them is horrible compared to legitimate plushies. You’re better off buying plushies online from Amazon - even if you pay the shipping and duties on Amazon Rilakkuma plushies, it’d still be way cheaper compared to a $75 fake. Terrible store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 78 bucks for a prized figure? Complete scam and very pushy staffs always trying to make you spend more money. They rip the price tag off after purchase to avoid being exposed for overpriced figures and they don't have a return policy. Should of researched before purchasing a figure there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone who's planning to shop here, please don't. Rude staff, and pretty shady to be honest. Was trying to show a few merchs to a friend via video call so they could pick which one they wanna get and was immediately interrupted (rudely) by the staff. Dude was literally acting like he was catching someone breaking the law. Apparently no photographs and recording are allowed, yet there is NOT one single sign anywhere in the store or on the shelves. Seriously...chill out. And the receipt, the printer is out of ink so much that it's almost a blank paper. Could've said "Don't even try or think about getting a return or refund" to my face. After reading the other reviews, the puzzles kinda pieced together - they probably forbids photographs because they don't want anyone exposing their overpriced stuff. Now that I think of it...the stuff were pretty expensive too. I'm not familiar with market and prices of these stuff but now I think I likely got ripped off as well. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have some rare items but overall they gotcha at Gacha when you pay their inflated prices. The token machines are tempting for kids. Fun place to browse but one can easily find lower prices elsewhere. Gotcha ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst thing that has ever happened to my wallet. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and there's lots to see--it's not difficult at all to spend a long time here. Lots of plush, figures, keychains, blind boxes, etc. The staff also knows their stock very well which is a big help in such a chock full store as this. I was out of Vancouver for a while and ordered from them online, I missed them so much. I'm so glad to be able to go in the store again. I cannot recommend Gacha enough.

I love getting gifts for people here and in general the pull prizes are good. Yes not everything is legit but honestly lol its on you if you can't tell.
