One time, the employee made a small mistake on my order but I didn't bother telling her so I sat down and started eating mine. She noticed the mistake, came by and made another ice cream for free. Now that's customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first none of the flavours appealed to me, but I ended up getting the Honeycomb Peak with twist soft serve. I'm so glad I did because the honey was a pleasant addition to the ice cream, which was already good. I've never had dark chocolate soft serve before and it balanced well with the sweet honey. Tbh the honeycomb was way too sweet so I suggest splitting it throughout the ice cream instead of eating it all in one bite like I did ?. I also enjoyed the cereal on the bottom since it added some texture. It's a bit expensive for the portion but you don't really need anything bigger than a small

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service, and nice aesthetics. The ice cream texture was quite thick and had a mild sweet taste. They offer their ice creams in both small and regular size (pictured is the regular size).
I had hoped the Gastown ice cream would have more stronger tiramisu flavour but it was more on the mild side instead.
