β β β β β I was excited for Sandro openingβit will give me another reason to visit the otherwise boring McArthurGlen Outlet. Menswear is relegated to the back right corner with a few rails of outerwear, sweaters and knits, woven shirts, very limited suiting, and even more limited footwear. The boutique on six at the flagship Hudson's Bay in downtown Vancouver has a much better selection.
Their womenswear offering is far more robust, occupying three-quarters of the sales floor. Lots of knitwear, outerwear and dresses; I saw a pale ecru shearling jacket that, if there was a large enough size, I would definitely consider as it looked unisex enough.
Customer base is heavily Asian. They get apathetically brash and pushy during sale season, which is an unfortunate part of the shopping experience.

β β β β β Helpful staff, great collection and very neatly organized store. I always come here to pick up some quality clothes.
Itβs usually 20% store wide, but occasionally, like on Black Friday, it would go down to 40% off.
In general, a very pleasant store to shop at.

β β β β β Staff are unfriendly. They were busy chatting amongst themselves. Noticed they were only friendly and greeting Chinese customers and chatting in Chinese. Love their clothes but staff at this location horribly represents the brand.
Also the sizes were very limited.
