While the prices are very high, you're paying for higher quality merchandise. We had a young Chinese girl look after us and she was amazing! So polite...Very helpful...checked into everything we inquired about. Friendly and amazing service. Best service I've received in any store. At some high end stores, the staff acts like you're lucky they let you shop there. This young woman made you feel at home, and ensured that you'll want to come back again!

The store manager is incredibly rude to her clients and staff. While I was shopping I witnessed her on three occasions aggressively order her employees (including the one assisting myself) to complete tasks for her. It made my experience very awkward. Towards the end of my visit I heard her escalate an issue with a client which from my perspective seemed like an easy issue to solve. While the staff were helpful and friendly I will not be shopping at this location again due to the unprofessionalism of the store manager.

So I bought sunglasses from this location and one of the nose pad fell off within a month with all the due diligence. When I went back to the store, after a month they finally got back to me and are now asking me to pay for them. I have So many other glasses and some not as expensive and some more as these and they never break like this. I have to say I am very dissatisfied and disappointed of the quality of the glasses and would expect to stand behind their product! ?

When purchasing from Louis vuitton they tell you stories of exceptional service and grander, one would expect high quality products to match the high prices, the idea of exclusivity and exceptional customer service one would expect from such a brand is the real reason for purchasing. That said, I purchased a Louis vuitton Bag the strap broke, called the location in yorkdale where I purchased the bag, when I called they say " Simply come to the location, ok well upon arriving was told there was a 5-10 minute wait, I said for what there is no one in the store? what looked like a manager asked me them to come in when I started to complain as Walmart doesn't make you wait to go in, do They ? so what makes Louie so special where they can waste client valuable time as if my time doesn't matter, anyways the sales associate looked at my bag say sure no problem we can fix the bag its gonna cost $80. which was fine but she then said its going to be 7-8 months to get my bag back ??? what 7-8 months?? Are you AYFCM !!! ( Yes my abbreviation means what your thinking) that said No I didn't leave my bag and I am going to go to walmart and see if they have a seamer who can fix my $4200. louie Vuitton Junk bag, no biggie. Live and learn people when they act like there SDS well I got news for you it does. and I'm my opinion Louie Vuitton makes over priced junk. maybe they should open in Walmart stores across Canada from a now former Louis vuitton client.

With the new protocols it has definitely made shopping less enjoyable. Waiting in line for 25mins to be assigned a SA to follow you around and pressure you to spend $5000+ without a minute to ponder was frustrating. I could feel the clock ticking from the moment I was greeted. Also with the price increase it’s unfortunate how the quality seems to have decreased. Would not recommend this location.

Today I was at the door 10 minutes before they close and I waited in line which was not long at all. There was only 1 customer in front of me… the person who was taking care of the door did not want to let the customer who is in front of me go inside the store even though there was an employee was done with other customers and was able to help them. She made us wait outside and ended up closing the door in our face. I told her I only need to purchase one item that I know it’s in your store and I just wanna buy it quickly or at least put it on hold and I will come back tomorrow and buy it. She said no it’s too late and she closed the door.

Long wait, the worst manager and useless salesperson. I was waiting in line for one hour. I knew get I wanted to buy. During the wait time in line I talked to Anna (employee) and said they their employees have to multitask and do their job faster. In my comments, Anna said that it is not the way how they work (each salesperson has to serve only one customer at a time). In my responses said that they have to do a survey and see what their customers think about it. Anyway, I got into the store, told what I want. Salesperson brought me the item, showed i me, I paid fir it and then salesperson left to the back to prepare my item (put in the box, put the ribbon and place it to the bag). On the new years eve Dec 31st before going for dinner m,I gave a gift to my wife and when she opened a box the size of the item was different from what I bought. Receipt of payment says one size, but the item itself has a different size. Therefore my wife could wear a dress that she wanted to use with that item. On January 2nd 2023 I went to the store leaving my family alone just to fix a mistake of the salesperson and exchange the item and ask at least for some type of discount just to compensate the time that I wasted on going to their store. Unfortunately, I got no sorry from the manager, none discount of any sort, nothing. Horrible customer service, slow people who work there, work protocols have to be changed immediately. Do not want to deal with this brand anymore after this disgusting situation.

Long line up and should've been managed better. Lady who took our names during the line up wasn't friendly at all. The reason I gave this a five star was their sales person, Daniel. Extremely patient and smart. Came there to buy a bag on Easter Monday and was pleasantly surprised with this young man. He is very professional and management needs to recognize staff like him. Wish all staff at that store were like Daniel.
