β β β β β Mike Barron has been absolutely fantastic and really appreciated his patience and hard work to help us out of a bad purchase and into an amazing purchase. The only reason this is not a 5 Star review is because of our initial purchase and how the dealership itself dealt with the issues when they happened 20 minutes after our initial purchase of our 2012 RR. And even then, Mike was key to helping us out to get the vehicle back to the dealership and repairs underway, staying late to make sure it was under cover. All I can say is do your homework before buying used older vehicles, especially when the vehicle has not been serviced by a LR service shop. If you are looking at an older vehicle and the Finance and Warranty people are going through the coverages, make sure that they go through the actual warranty explanations and per visit cap that the Global Warranty will cover so you're not surprised when you have to use it.
In the end Mike worked hard to get us out of the 2012 and into a fabulous 2021 Range Rover that we love. The Service Department was great at answering calls and texts when describing issues and I appreciate what they've done for us to date. Thank you Mike for an overall great experience and look forward to working with you again.
