I have been very impressed by the dealership there. Their salesman has gone above and beyond to help me out. The service centre there is also great. It feels like family there.

I live in Vancouver, but chose Porsche Victoria over the Lower Mainland dealers due to the superior customer service. Adam, Stephen and Matt were all a pleasure to deal with, and there was no added cost to me in taking delivery in Victoria. I highly recommend them whether you live on the Island or the Lower Mainland.

I purchased a Porsche Taycan at Porsche Centre Victoria recently and it was a great experience! Sadly, gone are the days of walking into the Porsche dealership and driving away a new Porsche 911. However, thanks to the amazing professionals at Porsche Victoria the experience of building a 911 from scratch has far surpassed the excitement of buying on the spot. Matt and Jason spent months with me building a car that I will pass on to future generations. They tirelessly guided me through the satisfying journey. Their in-depth insight into the development process and features of the car made the whole process such an exciting experience. Matt knew every nuance of the build and gave me great advice on the options. Once the car was finished, they patiently provided me with continuous updates on the delivery. Unfortunately I was out of town the day it came off the truck, but Matt took videos and pictures of the delivery so that I could be part of it. The final delivery was so personal and celebratory. Evan patiently walked me through all of the software and made sure the system was perfect for my personal preferences. This dealership is outstanding. The staff treat you like family. They take pride in what they do and are very passionate about delivering the experience. I can see why people fall in love with this brand dealing with professionals like this.

When I bought my car Porsche Center Victoria wasn't just a dealership to me. Wes wasn't just a sales guy, he was a guide and a sounding board. He helped me over years to test and trial and speculate on options for me until the right car was found. He really got my needs and anytime I had a question he had an answer. His open and no-bs approach to the process was refreshing and rare - and the result was I got exactly what I needed against all odds in this time of uncertainty. If that wasn't enough, add in the above-and-beyond work of Adam in the Business office and the professionalism and helpfulness of Noah our delivery pro - and it was hands down the best car buying experience I could imagine. I've recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle through this dealership. The staff there made me feel very welcomed from the moment I pulled into the lot. My sales contact was Zachary, he was able to set up a test drive for me and help me with a trade in. He's very charismatic and confident about his products. When the deal went through I was passed on to the finance department where I met Adam. I never felt like I was being lead on, pressured or told false information. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Best vehicle purchase experience I've had and it wasn't even a Porsche I purchased from Porsche Centre Victoria. I was actually in the process of ordering a new 2023 Subaru BRZ when I came across an ad for a special edition 2020 TS that Porsche Centre Victoria had acquired in a trade-in with practically no kilometers on it. Knowing how rare these cars are and the special opportunity this was, I decided to reach out to them for a general inquiry. I have to admit, I was nervous that I would be treated like a small fish in a big pond given this was a Porsche dealership, but I was connected with Wes (Lukuku) and had just an amazing initial dialogue with him. He was unbelievably personable, welcoming and put me completely at ease. He patiently answered the plethora of questions I had about the previous owner and condition of the car and thoroughly addressed any concerns I had about purchasing a pre-owned vehicle of this type. Given I live in the Okanagan, this was ultimately going to be a sight unseen offer to purchase and I really appreciated the effort he put in to ensuring that my needs and expectations with the purchase would be met. Long story short, I cancelled my 2023 order and went with the limited edition TS. My 16 year old son accompanied me to pick up the car and on delivery day, Wes himself picked us up from the airport. Having a background in sports himself, the guys immediately hit it off, making for a great conversational experience for all of us on the drive to the dealership. Once there, everyone ensured we were treated like VIP special guests from the minute we walked in the door. I honestly can't say enough about the professionalism and warm welcome we experienced.
