He was available when we arrived at our appointment to see the car, that had been washed and redied for our inspection and test drive. We were quickly on our way after a review of the features and functions of the car from Ruben. In the past the process to completion of sale has been long and tedious, but on this occasion we quickly negotiated a satisfactory trade in value and were on our way. We picked up the car the next day at 10 am . Ruben met us as we arrived and detailed the technical setup of phones and the BMW app. David and Adam were great making the whole experience very enjoyable. We highly recommend Ruben Little for his warm and sensitive approach to the needs of the buyer.

Ruben is an excellent customer experience professional (sales man ; ) ) and incredible to work with, and Josh in BMW finance was an absolute pleasure. As someone who has never purchased a car before, I was nervous about the process and thought it would be a bit overwhelming. All of that went away when Evan was able to find me my dream car, with great financing, and explain every detail to me within a day. When we got to the dealership everyone was so fun to be around, made me feel really special, and had me in and out of there in no time. I will never go anywhere else! Ruben went above and beyond in his service to us. He arranged for a test drive on Sunday when the dealership is normally closed. Being from out of town Ruben made sure we were accommodated in every way possible so not to interrupt our plans for returning home. At no time were we pressured in our decisions. We were given time to discuss privately. We had a little bit of a better deal with another dealership but due to the pressure and how we were dealt with we walked out. If you need a new car or newer car we cannot say enough about Ruben. He was truly a breath of fresh air when it comes to purchasing a car,. Ruben is like chatting with an old long time friend you hadn’t seen for a long time. You won’t be disappointed with Ruben’s service! Highly recommended.
