I had a really good experience taking my car in for some mechanical work. Very professional, and I was treated like gold. I have never had such an honest and caring experience with any other place I've taken vehicles for repair. Adrian is top notch in my books.

The check in process is slow and seems disorganized. The agents were short staffed and abrupt. The car was available when promised and the work was done correctly. But I can’t help compare my experience at Wheaton with when I took my other EV into Nissan for service. The car at Nissan was washed, cleaned inside, charged and brought to the door for me to pick up …. none of that happened at Wheaton! I was disappointed with the condition the car was in when I went to pick it up after $700 worth of work. I then had to find it in a huge lot of cars. Not impressed. Will find another dealer next time.

Great experience buying my car. Worst experience every since trying to get anything repaired on it. Auto center is a joke. Linda is the worst. They broke the facing on the info-center plate and I've been waiting since Oct 2021 for them to call me. Pretty sure they didn't even order the part. Linda never follows up or does her job. I go to Jenner now..

Well I put off fixing my suv so it's gonna cost, but the parts are expensive. I was recommended to go to Wheaton by another dealership. I should have it back on Friday. Got the beast back and I haven't looked under the hood. But it's running great. Service advisor Linda was easy to work with. Wasn't cheap the parts were expensive with any luck it will be happy for a long time?

Worst place in town! I bought a car 20k+ and apparently there was a recall on my model for the power transfer unit. But this specific part has 8 years warranty. I called my dealership and i politely ask them to transfer me to the service department. They ask me what’s the reason of the call , and I replied the replacement of my power transfer unit. Since they new they have to pay , they never connected me to the service department , I called 5 days in a row , they took my number , they never called me back. And the answer of the lady on the phone was: β€œ I am trying my best , can’t you see it?!?!?” That’s so disappointing. She always had excuses. I was out of town , that’s why I had to call I ended up going my car to Jeep dealership and of course they fix my car for free! You guys are scams, you just want to take people’s money.

What started out as a great leasing experience with Wheaton has quickly turned into a horrible customer service experience thanks to the service department. Our service advisor was extremely rude, not only to me but also to their coworkers in front of me. The service advisor assured me they could keep in contact with me regarding ordering parts and booking the next appointment, but there was never any follow up. Never a confirmation that the part could be found and ordered, and when I asked for an ETA they told me to stop contacting them, it was on the way and they'd call when it was in (they never called). When I dropped the car off for servicing for the second time I inquired about our extended warranty covering the part and the appointment cost and the same service provider lost it. I thought I was being courteous to make sure the warranty was processed before being invoiced but apparently I greatly inconvenienced this service advisor by her having to do her job. I understand it is a stressful time of year, but this service advisor should not be helping customers if they are this consistently rude and unprofessional. Overall a bad service experience. I would not recommend visiting this shop. I won't be returning for my complimentary oil changes and I look forward to finding another GM service department who values my business more than Wheaton to complete any further warranty or service work my vehicle requires.

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership! I went in for some service work and they got me in fast and answered all of my questions. They were incredibly thorough and resolved an issue a different dealership said they couldn't find. The only thing was the communication day of was a bit lackluster and they didn't get my vehicle looked at the same day, but they were accommodating when getting me a rental for the following day. Linda and her team are great and I will definitely be returning!!!

I have always had great service at Wheaton and was disgusted by my service person this morning. I will say that the Arrival process is quick and efficient. A pleasant young woman came out and greeted me instantly and thanked me for waiting. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I was going to be renting a vehicle and had booked it ahead of time. I am aware that Wheaton uses a third party but I asked my technician Linda, if she could potentially answer a question about the rental process. This woman was so rude and dismissive I was embarrassed. I’ve never had someone speak to me in such a disrespectful manner. She snapped that they are a separate company and her exact words were that she β€œisn’t going to make a promise and then god forbid it doesn’t turn out the way you want. You have to speak to THEM”. I am friendly and kind and we have purchased numerous vehicles from this dealer over 30 years. We get them serviced by this dealer. I frankly don’t know that I’ll go back. This woman may have been having a bad day, but it was only 0830……. I pity the next customers who had a question. If this employee is greeting customers I suggest She do better.
