The front desk person tried to play it off as mosquito bites but confirmed it later on a phone call and that they only found "1" bug in the headboard. They didn't offer any assistance with cleaning and disinfecting my stuff or any cop for my stay. I threw out all my belongings that were in the room which costed a lot as I didn't wanna risk having those disgusting bugs in em. I know this happens at times but management should handle the situations a lot better. So if you stay here and you end up with bed bugs don't expect to have the hotel take much responsibility for it and someone else will just be in that same room a day later.
R	Russell Swett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's easy to tell when the owners care about their investment, the bathroom was completely and beautifully remodeled, room had fridge, microwave and coffee. Of my 10-day Canadian ride this by far was the best bang for buck I had come across. Owner was extremely polite and doing whatever he could so his patrons had a comfortable stay. This will be my go-to place when I'm in Thunder Bay.

Stayed there for a night a month ago and my friend and I both woke up covered in what we thought were hives from the strong cleaners used. A quick glance under the mattress showed that neither of us slept alone that night. Needless to say I won't be returning. Disgusting.

L	Lisa Lyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for the Bluesfest. Room was small but very clean, mattress and pillow protectors (which I appreciated) and new bathroom. Very no frills but we just slept there so no amenities were required. It was quiet, close to our venue and the staff were very friendly. Would stay again....can't beat the price.
