Cons- I'm here in March and I'm 25, the room is cold...not freezing but I'm wearing a hoodie. No thermostat in the room, runs off the buildings central heating. -Bathroom smells like a hospital -no bathtub...if you care

The website says refined luxury but I don't think Ikea type furniture qualifies as beautiful furniture. The rooms feel like offices. They are small for hotel rooms. There isn't enough furniture to open and unpack suitcases. There aren't even folding luggage racks. The heat doesn't work. The bathroom sink drains very slowly. Save your money, the Courthouse isn't worth it.

Upon check-in you had to decide whether or not you wanted a hot or cold breakfast and it is delivered to your room. There is NO proper dining space. We decided on hot - it was NOT hot. Had the same thing three days in a row which consisted of gross scrambled eggs, two slices of the thinnest bacon, and potato cubes - half of which were not properly cooked through. The banana and yogurt were OK, but didn't even get a glass of juice, just a bottle of water. Not what we expected for the price. This hotel is overrated.

Goid location, nice view, near to restaurants and shops. I would like to give a special thank to David who can speak Mandarin. Helped me when I was arrived there at night. David, thank you for your nice service ?

Courthouse has so much to offer, indoors and outdoors. During your stay, you are given great and professional service. This is complemented by the great outdoors, you and here at Thunder Bay. With the Sleeping Giant at walking distance, it offers multiple options to enjoy your stay at Courthouse without having to be inside all day. Do not get me wrong, because if you're an inside type of person, Courthouse gives you that comfort and security you need on a trip for personal or business reasons.

Excellent service, beautiful rooms and spacious, furniture is new and perfect for function. Excellent location and great value. We stayed previously at other hotels and by far the Courthouse is the best. Shout out to Mike/Michael his service was so great, helpful and friendly!!!! Will return and will recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is magical in many many ways. It feels like folks lived here all along with their many many stories to tell. The price was amazing. A place like this in toronto will go for a thousand a night. Its beautiful place to take pictures. Book the room with the view to the water and you won't be disappointed. We want to move in
S	Samantha Binkley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here in August of 2021 (it's now March 2022). I'm writing this now because I've compared every hotel I've stayed at since to this one. The room was bright and clean and very large. I spent extra to get a room with a view of the Giant and found that was well worth the money. There are plenty of really good restaurants within walking distance. I checked out before the breakfast that is served to your room, and the takeaway breakfast they gave was better than an average continental breakfast. I will (and do) highly recommend this hotel.
