★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is normally our go to Dairy Queen. We waited about 15 minutes to get our ice cream treats tonight. Our blizzards were very melted and not even half stirred. About a 1/3rd of the way down there was no more toppings. Not happy.

Went to Cumberland for takeout
Paid for triple combo's and received doubles
Never received any money back for their mess up
Then I went tonight
Placed the same order
And again almost got doubles again
After I made a issue about my last visit and asked for it to be prevented
I will not waste my money there again

A Tub of ice cream on sale at Metro is $3.99; that's where we will go next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible staff. I am shocked at how rude they were to us. One even gave us the finger as we drove away from the drive through. All because we ordered extra toppings to which we had asked for clarification as there didn’t seem to be “extra”. One yelled across the girl at the window saying “THAT IS EXTRA! YOU WANT MORE THAN THAT YOU PAY ANOTHER EXTRA FEE!!!”. Mind blowing reaction, I was completely shocked. The girl at the window started to reiterate the same thing with an extremely rude tone. We continued to ask for clarification explaining its not money that’s the issue, we just wanted extra toppings in the first place and it appeared to be what it normally is without extra so we weren’t sure they heard our order correctly at the speaker. The girl at the window snapped back on us as if we are some how burdening them and exhausting their personal resources. They were angrily offended as if how dare we even ask a question. I have never, ever written a review of this nature. I was compelled to do so that way other people can avoid this location completely. These girls bullying customers at the window for asking questions should never ever work in customer service. Not now, not ever. I’m a business owner and I can assure you, there would be zero tolerance for what happened to us as paying customers tonight.
