★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is the Tim Hortons on Cumberland and Munro, I do not advise to go. They're very inconsiderate of your time and patience. Even though I was in que for literally 25 minutes they wouldn't take my order because I was 3 minutes after 6pm! I had to order something because I was in que with nowhere to back out of the line! After all that waiting was so very UNNECESSARY. TO KEEP 16 CARS IN LINE WAITING FOR THAT AMOUNT OF TIME WAS RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST. NO FREE COFFEE, NO HI! SORRY FOR THE WAIT. JUST "$10.78 MA'AM" I WAS UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW INCONSIDERATE THAT WHOLE TIMMY'S WAS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DIDN'T GET ANYTHING FROM THERE AFTER THAT LONG A$$ WAIT AND WILL NEVER RETUN THERE, NO WAY, I AIN'T NEVER GOING THROUGH A DRIVE THROUGH WHERE I CAN'T GET OUT FROM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible food and terrible service. Waited over 20 minutes for our meal, asked for a refund and our food magically appeared… stone cold and half the order missing. No apology and a lethargic approach from all front of house staff. Won’t be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My order was steeped tea triple triple, it tasted like hot water in a cup, my friend asked for a mocha latte but got just latte, it was a still ok, but got the same hot watered steeped tea in the afternoon. Sitting area is great for everyone and plenty parking space
