I sometimes order random combinations just to see if they'll do it, and generally I'm surprised because it'll still taste amazing! Love the fact that they use reusable / washable containers, wish that other places would follow their lead. Great food, great people and great values, keep it up!

Always working shift work and trying to prep meals was a huge hassle. But now it's easy as 1,2,3 and the best tasting meals ever. I order none stop and can not get enough of the fresh good and the great tastes. Best purchase every two weeks and costs me less then doing my own grocery shopping :)

BLD has been my saving grace. I appreciate the art of cooking but I really don’t have the desire to cook myself. BLD provides me with an array of healthy, delicious meals that are quick and easy to heat up.

Love Breakfast Lunch & Deener! Fresh and fully cooked healthy meals, generous portions, great selection to choose from, reasonably priced, and they offer container-return!!! I love this! Win-Win! Breakfast, Lunch & Deener sanitizes and hand-dries each container prior to reusing them. In addition, they use new containers for all plant-based (vegan) meals, and meals for individuals with allergies. Breakfast, Lunch & Deener is sooo accomodating! They offer such a variety! This encourages me to be a bit more adventurous and try new things. ? They do everything from scratch and use almost only whole-food ingredients... for a lot of people (depending on how they shop) it's actually cheaper than doing it themselves!! I know it is for me. The menu is rotated every week and they offer bulk ingredients, local products and some basic essential groceries as well. It's so wonderful to enjoy healthy food prepared by those who love what they do and do it so well. I also love their Pay It Forward Meal Donation Program! We can purchase meals for members of the community (Paramedics, hospital staff, long-term care workers, etc.), or a specific person/business/organization. For all meals purchased via this program, Breakfast, Lunch & Deener will take 15% off the top as their contribution. For those meals where the recipient was not previously selected, they have a list of individuals/families who have voluntarily expressed a need for food. They also work closely with the Dew Drop Inn and the Salvation Army to donate food/meals to individuals in need. Awesome! There are no contracts and no order minimums. To qualify for a 10% off discount, the minimum order is 5 fresh meals per week. Anything above that 5 meal minimum, as well as those 5 meals, will still receive 10% off. The discount works for all fresh meals, breakfast bowls, and bulk ingredients. It excludes groceries and local vendor products. Meals can be delivered right to your door on Sundays or Mondays for a flat-rate of $5 within Thunder Bay City Limits or they also offer CONTACTLESS PICK-UP on Sunday between 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. at their production facility on Cumberland Street North. Great place to get healthy premade meals. We used them at our business for out-of-town employee meals, and to keep at the office for a quick meal option when needed. They are a big hit within our organization!

I am a big fan of Breakfast Lunch & Deener. The process of ordering is seamless making it a quick way to ensure you have access to healthy meals for the week! The portions are generous and the meals taste AMAZING! My favourites are the Beef Roast and Korean BBQ beef. Meals are customizable, which makes it super simple to tailor them to your dietary restrictions! Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
