The room is clean, tidy and quiet. Bathroom looks like newly renovated.
The room has its own WIFI modem, which is great for the Internet security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a booking here and when i reached to check in, there was no one at the front desk. no one to assist. i tried calling but no one picked up.
this is the worst experience i have ever had.
i would never suggest this to my worst enemy. Please stay clear of this place!

Upon arrival the owner did not honour the agreement.
Don’t trust this motel to honour quoted rates.
This motel also has zero amenities for the price they charge it is not worth the value compared to other motels in Thunder Bay at the same price point.

Fair Sized Bed + Decent Bedding, Medium Sized Room With Fair Sized Table & Tv. Plus Mini Fridge/Hair dryer/microwave & Good Wifi. Large Bathroom Walk In Style Shower N large Sink.
Pros/Cons: Older Quick Reno Rooms. Lil Musking Looking/Smell. Located Near Train Track. Option For Non/Smoking. Ground Level Rooms ( Plus elderly n disabilities ) Room Was Pretty Clean for a smoking room. Hot Water Takes A Bit. No Breakfast But Timmies is located not too far n other fast food places.
For 100 bucks like ya cant really go Wrong. Id Stay There Again.

Close to shopping and the lake. Would stay here again if ever in the Thunder Bay area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, we stayed 2 night . PET FRIENDLY. We paid $40 but had 2 cats with us. We stayed in #14. It has a queen bed and an new accessible bathroom. Beautiful big windows & very clean. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Cable TV, 40" inch TV. Small desk, with a chair on wheels. Glass table and black chairs. It snowed a fair bit overnight and the lot was plowed and sidewalks shoveled well. No coffee pot but Tim Horton's is just down the street. There is no control over the temperature and we found it quite warm. Friendly staff, offered to change towels for us. Overall I would recommend the Voyageur Motel.
