★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give Koodo and PC mobile who are now in the same bed together no stars I would, I have been trying to get them to close my account (I have not been with them for over 7 months) been trying for months, but no one will do it, have no idea why. I call Koodo they say nope it is PC Mobile now PC Mobile says they can't do anything either. Then they ask me for an account number lol like I kept it. I feel sorry for anyone who leaves them because you are stuck with them forever. They admit the account is closed on their end but refuse to let Equifax know it is closed. I simply don't get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always purchased our phones from the local Koodo shop. This time the expensive glass screen protector was applied improperly by the agent. Not willing to rectify issue. Very poor customer service. Will take business to another Koodo outlet
Do not recommend !!!!!

I wasn't the easiest customer, as this was my first smart phone purchase, but Noor took her time and walked me through all the info on the phones and plans. There was no high pressure. When I made my decision, she made doubly sure I could function with my new Iphone. I walked out very happy with my new phone, the plan and my experience. The phone, Koodo and Noor are all super user-friendly!

Both staff working were great and personalble . Didn't just talk shop . Local discussion and interests. My kind of place ..no pressure and everything was explained !
