★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into the store because I was having issues with my IPad and getting photos off my camera onto it. I went to Telus first but they couldn’t help me. The manager was extremely helpful and so kind. I had to wait behind a man who was getting mad about an Apple return and she handled it as politely as she could until he left. I had to apologize for him because I felt so embarrassed witnessing employees working so hard to have someone try to get them to bend the rules. I hope this gets to the young lady who helped me. I want you to know I was inspired but your behaviour and I will be back for more help and tell all my friends about you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got virgin plus sim card for me and it was really a wonderful experience. The staff is super friendly and extend all kinds of help. We were able to take guidance of the employee Shaurya Ahuja and he really guided us with some of the best deals. I had a great experience at the source Nanaimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this store when they were RadioShack. All sorts of parts to fix gizmos. Sadly we've become a throw away and buy a new one world. I do find that prices offered here are much higher so I'm curious as to what their competive edge is. Went in for a few new toys, they were not in stock or on display. Amazing and informative staff... however I was disappointed that in the end I was pointed to Amazon. Not the only store to mention that. An end to malls near? Seems like they have no one to blame but themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanna post an honest review. These guys are the best in town. Very knowledgeable, polite and delivers an amazing customer service.
I was at the store to transfer my physical sim to an e sim. I didn't wanted go through the hassle of getting a new sim or switching service provider. I talked with my service provider of my sim and they gave me wrong information.
Adam did put a lot of effort to come up with solutions. He contacted the manager to gather more information. Despite being on leave Chris (Manager) showed keen interest to study my case and come up with a solution. I went to most of the stores in the mall and none could help but source. I am so happy that I chose this store and I highly recommend this source store.

They had little knowledge in about the store products and seemed more interested in getting rid of us so they could continue with their social agenda than helping us. I don't post review often, but this one bothered me as I have been a Radio Shack / Source customer for decades.
I am sure I will simply get the generic posted message every one gets here "We are sorry to hear about your experience. We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback, and will share this with our team right away." --- Yeah Right !
I got what i needed but had to figure it out and find it on my own. 2 stars is just because the product was available.
