The quality is great when it's on a big sale! Great return policy and this location has some great staff! Grave helped me find a really good fitting pair of pants and jacket!

I went in the Eddie Bauer looking for two vest one for my self and one for a gift. See lots of signage saying 50% off. I found what I was looking for but was not helped. There was a sign that said 50% off plus there was a picture of the vest and it said was $85 dollars. So I assumed the picture of the vest saying $85 dollars, was the vest I was looking for. I grabbed a girl that was walking by and said is this the correct price and is it 50% off she confirmed and said yes. When I got up to the till, the lady told me the price and I said I thought there were $85 dollars? we both walked over to the signage and she informed me that it was usa pricing. I'm not quite sure why you would have advertised pricing for US dollars in Canada! Needless to say I was not very impressed but was in a hurry to get back to work and still purchased both vests. Not very happy with my overall experience...

My husband bought a down coat here after having a bad experience with a cheaper one. We asked lots of questions to make sure this was a good quality one and they said it would lose some feathers but should not be much after the first few initial wears. It has certainly not slowed down on feather loss, so we went in to the store (1.5 hour drive each way for us) to try and get help and the staff member we spoke to was very rude and just told us basically too bad down coats do lose feathers. There is no way this coat is made properly when my husband cannot even take it off in public as his shirt is covered in feathers. Eddie Bauer used to be a good, trustworthy brand. I guess it is not anymore. Very disappointed.

I went to try on a BC uplift jacket. I decided to try on a few clothes first. Two guys were more interested in talking to each other finally told me I could try three items and took the other two. I thought I could try them on after. When I came out they were talking so I went to try on the B.C. uplift jacket that I actually came for. They said I’d have to go into the change room I could try it on the floor. So I went to stand by the change rooms and they said I not could go back in because I’d tried on three items I’d have to buy them and return if it didn’t fit. So stupid. Really bad service. Very rude and uncommunicative. I went to Valhalla Pure and found a Patagonia jacket. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I was in the store a half hour before closing and was told I wasn’t allowed to try anything on because the fitting rooms are closed half an hour early so they can clean them. Very disappointed to say the least - I left without purchasing anything. What is the point of a clothing store being open if you can’t try on items?

This review is of the company, and not to do with this location. I ordered a vest for my husbands Christmas present online on November 6, 2021, as they did not carry his size in store. It is now February 1, 2022 and the vest has still not even shipped. The shipping date has changed 5 times. I was at no point notified by the company, and am only aware of the changed dates because I have been regularly checking. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and each time they have taken at least a week to get back to me with no help, or additional information. I cannot describe how frustrating my experience has been. It is very obvious that they simply don't care, why would such a large company give two thoughts to a single customer. I have not been offered a refund, any assistance, and for all I know I will be waiting until next Christmas to give my husband his present. I am only writing this because I would like to believe that someone from this company who cares even slightly will read it and be embarrassed for the atrocious customer service that I have received.
