★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a google pixel 4XL, the sales associate Alexis was fantastic with me. maybe a month or two later i had a issue. I took my phone back to Alexis and did the whole factory warranty thing. I had my phone back in a couple weeks. life was great. maybe a month or two later i had yet another issue. this time was a much more pain. however Alexis took very good care of me and in the end i was upgraded to the new pixel 5. if anyone is looking for a new phone or upgrade i highly recommend going to T-Booth nanaimo and go see Alexis. fantastic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ September 11, 2021 visit: another T-Booth trip where Alexis helped me navigate and make my LG Velvet more functional. Alexis was absolutely fabulous - so helpful! - but the Velvet I purchased after Christmas is not, and LG no longer produces these phones with good reason. The people at T-Booth keep me loyal - they are wonderful! - but I am disappointed in the phone's limitations and inefficiencies.
I bought a cell phone and package from T-Booth 7 years ago and just did it again. Ting is an amazing rep and technician. She provided a great package and transitioned me onto my new phone seamlessly. She ensured everything worked perfectly and went over and beyond the customization and training to have me self-sufficient (take that, Best Buy, for wanting to charge just to transfer my contacts!). Seriously, go to Ting at T-Booth for incredible customer service. And she is so nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexis was outstanding. She was very helpful and patient. Alexis stayed 1.5 hours after closing helping us get our phone set up, and was pleasant the entire time. She has helped my entire family for several years. Would not go anywhere else!!!!
