H	Hannah S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager at the woodgrove store was really rude and inconsiderate. I was returning a brandnew never worn pair of panties that had a hole in them. She was very rude, impatient and unwilling to help me or find a solution and raised her voice at me and my boyfriend. She struggled using the computer and looking up items. I love shopping at La Vie en Rose and the other employees are incredibly helpful, but due to that uncomfortable interaction I will likely avoid shopping there in the future.

I'm young so sometimes shopping for these items can be intimidating, and the workers are inviting and put you at ease. They have great quality products that last, and affordable prices.
E	Eric Harlow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with just the manger and the Nanaimo La Vie En Rose at woodgrove mall she was very rude to me and my girlfriend when it was a very simple very easy exchange but it became over dramatized ordeal I had to come up with all the of the solutions which should not be the case when I’m the customer I had bought a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas they had defect in the product so I just want to exchange them but she made me feel like it was my fault when they’ve been wrapped up everything. But i will say all of the employees are fantastic and helpful go out of their way especially Tony she the best.

Did not even acknowledge me when we’re standing in line to purchase a product, then blamed me for not getting her attention to purchase the item rather than her owning up to take responsibility as the customer service representative to give the “customer” some “service”... Also, she yelled at an employee in the middle of the store for them being undertrained rather than her talking in private to the employee about what they need to be better prepared for certain jobs. Embarrassing that some old lady can talk down to minimum wage employees the way she does and get away with it. Should be fired- she doesn’t help customers or employees from how it seems Looking at other reviews of her here and I’m not surprised.
A	Aldyn Hanson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I received TERRIBLE customer service from a ‘manager’. She behaved incredibly unprofessional and rude to me when I brought in a return on Black Friday. No where said they did not do returns , had she politely told me they wished to do it another day I would have kindly obliged. Instead she came up to me and said “are you really going to return that today, that’s kind of inconsiderate of you” I asked how and she’s said since it’s so busy. The store was busy yes but I was in line with no one else behind me at that time. She then made me wait and took the next costumer that came up after I had waited for 10 minutes. Finally when I was the only one around I had to call her back over to ring in my return. She then told me they only did store credit on promo items (which I had but bought two days previous on brand new merch and it was buy one get one half off .. not sale) (( I later looked online and this is not a policy, she lied because she was angry I was trying to do a return)) long story short we finally did the return that took no longer than a sale and quicker the the gift certificate sale she let go ahead of me. I brought this to her attention and she claimed it’s because my information was in their system so it was fast. She had no right to treat me this way, and be so rude. For a manager I expect more professionalism and better customer service. I’ve worked in retail and that’s not how you treat anyone no matter how you feel. I will not be shopping at la vie en rose nanaimo any more, which is a shame since I do enjoy their products .

Whoever was training her let me in to the change room and as soon as the door closed they began snickering at me. Never coming back. Bullies, so unbelievable.
