My daughter recently switched off my plan and went to Fido got a phone. The rep Greg was very helpful and did all the work for us. We just waited for about 30min and we got a brand new iPhone 8 with all her old pictures and contacts loaded! Highly recommend them!

This is store is amazing! I was just walking in the cancel my account and move to Virgin Mobile. The Manager(Aaron) and the rep Greg not only convinced me to keep my line with Fido. Which customer care could not do! They got me a new phone and saved me on my monthly bill. Thank you two you should teach customer care something!

I give the sales rep 10/10 fido not so much. My contract had ended and although i liked my samsung s9 the battery kept dying so like it or not time for a new phone. I went to the kiosk at woodgrove mall on jan 30 the nice young man showed me the awesome deal on the newer samsung galaxy s20fe 5g zero down . I wanted to go home research it and clean the 3700 photos off my old phone, i did all that went back the next morning when the kiosk and mall opened. I talked to the same sales rep, he said did you decide on the new phone i said yes...he then had to tell me that the deal ended yesterday. He didn't know , wasnt told, i wasn't told or i would have done it the day before. Fido cut off the deal on the last day of the month. I was shocked ? now they wanted $150 plus plus plus. Not good... SO apparently the reply below is a auto response ? ? my review was not a positive one ,yet the auto reply sure seems to robotically thank me for my non positive review. ?

My personal experience at Fido Woodgrove was outstanding. The manager Sumit helped me with all my inquiries. I personally HATE dealing with my phone services and having staff explain things I truly don't comprehend but fido at woodgrove helped me get it set up very easily. Thanks to the amazing team!

The service I received here was exceptional. Getting a new phone and plan was easy! Rachel (no longer there) assisted me throughout the process and her expertise, professionalism and friendliness was invaluable. Throughout my experiences with Rachel she was very patient in explaining different plans and different phones to me, so that I could find the most suitable plan for my family and business as well as my budget and needs. When i went back to upgrade i was shocked at how poor the service and staff were not only did they not listen and tried to change my plan but the manager was disrespectful and rude.i wont be going back and i will be sure to do my business accounts else where

Rishabh was very helpful and knowledgeable in the Apple products I was enquiring about. I really don’t enjoy shopping for a phone and have frequently had difficulty in making decisions in this regard. Rishabh made it easy for me to decide on my best course of action. I particularly appreciated his professional approach to selling.

Sincere quality service The qualities of the staff at this location are personable which is very important especially when shopping for tech stuff as some of the populous of an older customer body find it a struggle to keep up with modern day changes .Rieshab had very good customer relations and went above and beyond in helping set up my phone, I had compared the service offered beforehand with alternate providers in the mall. Although this kiosk does not have the capability to offer as many pro bono accessories as wireless wave ,they made up for it in other ways to be competitive, which will keep me coming back and my good reviews to friends and family.Well done on a good balance of customer service and sales both are equally important to keep customers returning. Skynet kiosk is a reputable well run business at the moment, as that can change with staff turnover. Consistency in staff ( with knowledgeable customer service orientated staff) is so important.

This is a third-party Fido kiosk, and they can't do many of the things that a Fido store can. Contrary to Fido's default photos, there is no sitting area, if you have mobility issues, be prepared to do a lot of standing. That said, the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If I was going to buy a phone or hook up Fido services, I would absolutely go to them!
