We have been unable to talk to a real person in either electronics or customer service and our alternative is to drive over 1 hour to try and see someone. Not happy with service and won't deal with them again!

I like their 'pen testing pad', which has a bunch of individual pens (out of package) and a big blank paper pad, so you can try before you buy, and buy however many you want. Also great place to shop for laptop or desktop computers, smartphones & accessories, gaming consoles, Bluetooth speakers, external hard drives etc...

Superb customer service and went above and beyond to help get my daughter a new laptop and all her data transferred after an accident destroyed her old one. Super fast , super friendly. j	j v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 separate employees of the Nanaimo location passed by me no" hello"or "can I help you find something?" After walking past the same employee 3 times I finally asked her if she would help me find what I was looking for. She had no clue where to start. She proceeded to rush up and down the same isles that I had just been down several times. Luckily my husband arrived and knew where in the store to go, which was on the other side of the store. Would be a good idea to have staff learn the store so they can help customers instead of avoiding them. Would mean a more profitable store because customers will spend more in a store with better customer service.

We had an issue with a laptop that we purchased a few years ago and he went out of his way to provide great service. The managers said to me they can’t re sell as it’s a loss for them so they don’t care for the consumers……… get out of the store as he told me as he was so privileged ***Update as Jay was so nice and called me from parking lot to do a refund “ty Jay and Rutu”*******
