★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Goodness!!!!. I used this company to ship my package to my new place. When I received it, It is broken in spite of the fact that the box was labeled with big bold red letters 'FRAGILE". I filed a claim and every time I asked for its status, nobody seems to know what is going on.
=when I filed the claim, they said I will received a call in 3 hours, no calls.
=I asked again the following day, they said in 3 days, no calls.
=I asked again after 3 days , they said in 7 days, no calls,
=after 7 days i asked again, they said will act on it in 30 business days.
30 business days? As if they do not want to pay for the insurance. Should I file a complain in the business bureau of Canada?? PLEASE, HELP.
