They couldnt find my address I guess, which is kind of an important skill for a delivery service. The best part: I had selected that I was going to pick it up from the service point. Unbelievable!
G	Glenn Scaia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 2 days for my package to travel from China (I know, I know) to Vancouver BC through Las Angeles CA. It is now 8 days after it cleared shipping in Vancouver BC and 24 hours since it was scheduled to be delivered. (according to the DHL website) No sign of my package and even the Customer Service Center in Ontario cannot get a response from the "team" in Castlegar. Canada Post appears to be the only option to DHL. At least when CP says it is out for delivery they are actually going to deliver.

And too be honest we payed 100 dollar shipment for our product and still had to go to cgr from trail too pickup our parcel

Refuse to deliver my parcel, don't even contact me, don't help me in any way, and just hide behind DHL. If I could pay $500 to never use them or DHL ever again in my life, I would. Avoid them at all costs! 0 stars.
r	richard unwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE most useless courier office ive ever dealt with. DHL website said parcel was at facility, for 2 days they told me it wasn't at there. I finally drove for an hour there and back, walked in the office and pointed to my parcel. The 2nd time their driver refused to drive or walk 50 yards down my road ro make the delivery. When I asked them why? They ignored my questions. They then told me my parcel would be delivered. After 2 days off work, waiting at home for them they still haven't delivered it or given me a reason. Continually ignore my questions, I have no idea where my parcel is?? Appalling company Loomis/DHL.

Always seem to update the tracking info late and my packages will sit there for 4 or 5 days before I start to worry and phone them only to find out that's just sitting in their warehouse getting ready to be shipped back.

After I moved from Calgary to warfield on July I have used their services multiple times buying from different companies most of them with DHL. Never have to go to them for picking them up! They were very constant with their delivery date and very responsive with the tracking info on their loomis page. They have an online chat where you can get more information but overall pretty good. One of their services was delay for just one day! They said on Monday and was delivery Tuesday which I understood because it looks is the only company responsable for a lot of things around the area. We have to learn to understand that everyone is trying their best in such a difficult times and I bet since the pandemic started online shopping is crazy busy! Thank you for your hard work!
J	Jolene Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL subbed my shipment to Loomis - which was never delivered… a week past delivery date and DHL tells me they have been unsuccessful at reaching Loomis to get information on my package. They suggest I pick up. Problem is they are hardly open and I live 30 mins away. Wish they would just do the job they were contracted to do… I will never choose Loomis as a shipping option (if I have any control over it.)
