Dustin in sales was excellent with his follow up... As the dishwashers were very delayed due to manufacturing issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought most of our appliances here for our house build. With all the delays and uncertainly around when we'd need the appliances I wasn't sure what to expect but Jesse was amazing. She was so great to deal with, she was responsive and very helpful. We had an issue with our washer/dryer not fitting the space, which we didn't know about right away because we couldn't tell until the space was drywalled. Jesse helped us find a unit that would fit and facilitated the return, the process was super easy. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joey and Cole from the Castlegar store were amazing. We missed our delivery by a few minutes but they were able to come back quickly and dropped off our dishwasher. It was also greatly appreciated that they did a porch drop (up some rocky stairs) and not just a driveway drop like I expected. Very friendly, fast, and courteous!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from Dustin today at the Brick. We originally bought an appliance and had problems with it. The manufacturer was very hard to deal with. Dustin was able to have the appliance we bought returned and refunded and also gave us a discount on a new fridge. Exceptional service!
Fridge was delivered today by Dan and Stu, They did a great job and showed up right on time as communicated. They were able to maneuver the fridge through some narrow Corridor’s In my home and even removed and reinstalled a door and bannister to ensure there would be no damage to the fridge or my home. A great job overall thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cam and Joey were just here doing an extremely challenging delivery of a king size bed into the basement of our old farmhouse. Tight corners, low doorways, narrow staircase down. Somehow they managed it without any issues and cheerfully done. Bravo!! Thank you for such great services you two! You’re quite a team! Thanks goes out to Dustin as well - our sales rep. He was very well informed and took good care if us. I will happily recommend The Brick!!!
