The staff are so friendly and I thank them for getting everyone to wear a mask and sanitize their hands. The prices are even better than Homesense for the quality of the items. I would definitely recommend shopping here. Thanks Urban Barn!

Really friendly staff and they didn't rush me to make a decision. It is my first time in this store and definitely going back. I saw some other unique items that I would love, so, I'm definitely going back this week to pick them up. Thanks for the great service.

We were treated like royalty even though it was known we were not yet interested in making a purchase. So great to see such customer care! We will be seriously looking to purchase when the time comes! Especially that lovely, large navy sectional!

We have purchased living room furniture, dining, many accents and have always been pleased with the items and the customer service. Ajia was able to help us most times and is always pleasant to work with.

I	Ian Hillman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I found some of the products at Urban Barn very nice and unique, I was not happy with the service offered by the company. My wife found a couple of items she wanted to purchase. The sales staff informed my wife they did not have those items in stock. My wife asked if she could purchase the items on display. They refused and said she would have to order and wait for the items to come into the store. She was then told she would have to pay for items in full and wait for the items to come in. We asked if they could be shipped directly to our home as we lived out of town. The sales lady's answer was no. The sales lady attitude also changed and she became very cold and curt with us. How dare we ask to buy something in stock and not want to pay full price for a product the company can't provide for 2 months or more. We would have to return to the store to pick up the items. I did not think my wife should buy the products under those conditions but she really wanted them so agreed to pay the full price up front and wait for them to come in. We were told the wait was about 6 to 8 weeks. One week later, My wife received an email stating the products would be further delayed in shipping by about 2 to 3 months. This was unacceptable to her and she canceled the full order. We now wait and hope for a full credit. I will never buy anything from Urban Barn again because of the store policies and poor customer service.
