C	Cassandra North on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s insanely unprofessional here. 3 different employees gave me 3 completely different prices for the exact same mattress. The employees were all bullying this new young guy who is the only thing keeping this from a 1 star review because he was so sweet. I was trying out different mattresses and this employee told me that they all feel the same so I’m wasting time. No they don’t?? I eventually picked a mattress with my partner and they told us not to get it because “no one wants plush anymore”. Uh I thought they wanted to sell us stuff? We bought it anyway. We ended up spending more than $3k here on furniture and the entire time we were treated like children.

They work on commission, so if you leave and return, it helps if you go back to the person that originally helped you.

Jacob was able to answer all of my questions and arranged for pickup of the item within 4 days of ordering. What a great change from previous experiences at The Brick!

Our salesperson was new to his position but had worked in another area so was well versed in most products and not afraid to ask for more info or help when he needed it (which we didn't mind, that's how you learn!). He was thorough, polite, knowledgeable and tried to accommodate us as best he could with a large number of pieces we needed to purchase. Hopefully the delivery etc. goes as smooth at the other end. Jacob Erickson was our sales rep and did a great job showing us around the store and finding the things we needed at the best price!

There is new management apparently and they threw in several added items at no cost, including a 5 year warranty which would have cost over $300. We hadn't been to that store in probably over a decade but it's a much better experience now! Thanks Victoria!
