Not only did Jeff solve the solution for me but he refused to take payment when I offered it to him. This is the kind of service that they are known for and highly recommend!

My windshield was already in stock when I called for an appointment. The complimentary cleaning to the car interior and special attention to some white crud on the passenger’s door speaker cover. No problem for these guys. Plus there was no goop or fingerprints on my car which is a big improvement from my previous glass shop experiences. Great job !!
** With out a doubt I recommend Broco Glass Nanaimo.**

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my new car in for a rock chip repair. Was pleased to learn that the repair is now covered by ICBC, and didn't cost me anything. The lady managing the office was very nice and friendly. She booked my appointment, and then on my appointment date she was there again. Staff were all very friendly and professional. The tech that did the rock chip repair did a nice job and it looks way better than it did before. I am quite impressed. wait time was reasonable. My car was clean after, no dirty fingerprints. We have a lot of choice for rock chip repair in town, but I chose Broco because I knew they do great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY knowledgeable staff. I believe I spoke with CJ (sorry if I'm wrong) about fixing my wife's windshield on her SUV that she got new from the dealership. Not only did they have complete knowledge of how to go about this but what we needed to do; which ended up being different from what the dealership told us to do. I am so happy there was someone there who could explain to us exactly how to get this windshield fixed and to take the time to talk to us and the dealership and make sure we got everything straightened out and taken care of. I have used Broco in the past for my vehicle and was happy. After this experience, I would never go anywhere else, they have gone above and beyond. They have my full trust and support. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I showed up basically at close due to unforeseen circumstances, and Barry was incredibly kind, and willing to stay open a little later for us just to ensure we could get our wipers dealt with before the rain. He was so incredibly helpful, and we cannot recommend this business enough, especially Barry!
