All of our windows and patio doors were replaced, and having expecting a major upheval in the house, the job was performed seamlessly. The crew, Kent, Donny and Koby were very professional and friendly. The jobsite was always kept tidy and the disruption kept to a minimum.
As for the product, we area extremely happy with the end result. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Centra install new windows on our house, mostly a positive experience as far as the installation went, however 3 months in, one of the windows slid down inside the frame. 3 weeks later and, other than someone spending less than 5 minutes looking at it, no word from anyone as to when it might be fixed! At this point, I would not recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From start to finish, my experience with Centra was amazing. Everyone I dealt with at Centra was professional and courteous. My salesman Derek was very knowledgeable and assisted with great recommendations for my windows. He was responsive to all inquiries and co-ordinated the timing of the installation to suit my schedule. The three-man crew who installed my windows, Kent, Donny, and Koby, did an amazing job. I was impressed daily with how skillfully and efficiently each of them worked in installing the windows, especially as my house is an old one where things are not always square. They had to remove and replace a staircase to install one window which was under the staircase, they removed and replaced siding, and had to stand on a roof awning to install the three second story front windows. They did all of this, replacing all the windows in my house, in less than the five days originally scheduled for the installation. During that time, it rained almost daily. It was a pleasure seeing how efficient and skilled each of them was at their tasks, and how they worked seamlessly together. At the end of each workday, they tidied up and left the house as clean as when they started. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Centra, from obtaining a quote through to my purchase and the installation of my windows. I am extremely pleased with the high-quality appearance and functionality of my windows. My 40-year-old house looks and feels new, inside and outside, with the facelift provided by the new windows. Centra met and surpassed my expectations in every respect.
