From visiting our home and presenting a quotation, to scheduling and completing the installation to billing, everyone at this company was very pleasant and professional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bryan's mechanical provided us with exceptional service from start to end and they coordinated well with our scheduling needs. The crew was friendly, professional and they completed our Navien install in an efficient and timely manner. The crew was considerate and asked us if our cats were indoor or outdoor cats and were consistent in ensuring the door was closed each time they came in and out, as to not let them outside. Our experience from start to finish was nothing but positive and I would recommend Bryan's mechanical to anyone that asks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noticed water coming from our AC unit. Called spoke with a receptionist who was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was able to get a technician to come out that same day! Technician Scott? I believe that’s his bane anyways, was on time, fast and efficient. Turns out I needed to clean my ac filters… since he was there showed my how to change the heating unit filter. Great customer service! Highly recommend. Shout out to: West Temp Heating & Cooling - for recommending Brian’s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had issues with my gas fireplace pilot not starting. Geoff and Dave did an excellent job of troubleshooting and identifying the issue. Gas regulator was replaced in no time and fireplace up and running. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had many furnace checks over the years . Last year we had water which appeared to be coming from under the furnace. We had a reputable company do a check and they did not find anything but suggested the water was coming from the foundation. After doing some perimeter drain work the problem still existed. Dustin from Bryans came yesterday and within half an hour found the problem with the furnace , fixed it and checked other things as part of the service that other companies had not in the past. Dustin was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. This company will be my go to from now on!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andy actually advised us against getting a heat pump. He told us that it is mainly a political agenda, that they end up costing more money, and hardly anyone gets them on Vancouver island. He told us that heat pumps are noisy and that the heat wave is unlikely to happen again, that gas prices are only high because of the current prime minister, and likely to go back down when the government changes. Andy stayed an hour and a half to explain all the reasons why a heat pump or even a new high efficiency furnace wasn't needed and saved me about $20, 000, and possibly people in our strata even more, considering we were looking at getting multiple houses done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very pleased to provide a review of Bryan's Mechanical. I have been a homeowner in Nanaimo for 16 years and while vacationing out of the country the motor of the furnace in my rented basement apartment developed a loud noise. It was Dec 29, 2021 and snow was on the ground.
I called Bryan's because they had excellent reviews.
They did not disappoint.
Despite the weather conditions, they were able to send a repairman, Geoff, on the same day to assess the situation. Fortunately my house is near their office. Geoff assessed that the motor needed replacement.
A motor was ordered and quickly installed 11 days later on Jan 11, 2022 by technician , Lars.
My tenant and her adult son interacted with both Geoff and Lars and the office staff who made the appointments. My tenant and her son were impressed & pleased with all times of contact with Bryan's personnel.
All this happened while I was OUT OF THE COUNTRY.
I am very grateful to Bryan's for this smooth repair service.
They were professionals throughout and deserve their excellent reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bryans went above and beyond for us on short-notice, in the lead up to the Christmas holidays no less, to replace our non-functioning oil furnace with a cold climate heat pump system. I can't say enough good things about this outfit and how great they treated us. Sam got us booked for a quote/site-visit immediately, and following that, Andy and Stephanie gave us some system options to select from. The installation team was top notch - they're professional, efficient and tidy. We couldn't be happier with our new Daikin heat pump system, and highly recommend Bryans Mechanical for anyone needing HVAC work done and wanting to deal with an exceptional service provider.
