They seem to have some bigger projects on the go and don’t have any time for walk-ins. I tried on several occasions to stop in to see samples and get a quote. Thats fine if you don’t want my business i’ll take it to someone who does.

Had a flood in the house. Restoration company used S&G to remove countertops and then replace afterwords (We Loved these countertops) No one told us there was a chance of them breaking and that we couldn't get this colour any more. ......anyways they broke them trying to remove, and when it came time to replace them they were not much help finding a new stone and just didn't seem interested in our business. Was not impressed with S&G and would not recommend them.

Dont bother with this company. They are extremely sloppy with their business practices. I wish I had read the reviews and gone with a different company. Just like another person said they dont seem to care about the business of people doing renos. I went with them originally because the told me that they could get the countertops installed in 10 to 14 days after templating. Which I thought was good since other places said 6 to 8 weeks. And we wanted our kitchen reno done as soon as possible. When it came time for templating after I paid in full at time of booking them back in September (Sorry for trusting these people) they changed it to 3 week now. I was annoyed by the change since the timeline changed because they took other projects on and we weren't a priority to them anymore. The countertops were installed in November and I noticed right away they were the wrong ones. I called scott as his guys were installing them to let him know, he told me I ordered what you asked for, and I told him these were wrong and looked nothing like what I ordered. He spoke with the manufacturer and found yes they were wrong. He assured my husband and I that this would get fixed and we would get all of our money back because the ones we ordered had been discontinued. He then avoided us week after week and was constantly making excuses as to why he hasnt refunded our money back yet. Hes still trying to delay things now and deflect any wrong doing. My husband and I feel they have not taken any reasonable action to resolve this. We are now in January and our kitchen reno is still at a stand still unfortunately. (Ment to be completed in November) this has caused us extreme stress to deal with this company. We just want our money back that they said they would refund so we can choose a new fabricator and move on with our lives and finish our reno.

I had a great experience working with Scott & Greg to pick out the countertops for our new home. They have a large selection of quartz to choose from and were helpful and patient with me during the entire process. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and made great suggestions based on what I told them I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Would highly recommend S&G for your quartz & granite needs!

When shopping for a new countertop, Scott spent extra time explaining the difference in the various brands and even researched brands we had seen that S&G did not carry. He did not talk down about competitors and encouraged us to check out our options. We felt very comfortable. S&G had many of the same products and the best pricing when comparing apples to apples. We were able to schedule the in home measuring and installation of our new counter with ease, and around the scheduling needs of other contractors. When a minor adjustment needed to be made it was dealt with the very next morning. Very impressive! Scott and his crew were here when they said they would be or would call to update their time to our place and apologized if they needed to be a bit late. They were a pleasure to do business with! If you are in the market for a new countertop, stop by S&G Quartz and Granite. You will be glad you did.

They listened to all of my questions and concerns and were very knowledgeable.
