Had several jobs done over the last few years, which required matching stone colours, good measurement and installation. Everything was done as promised and it looks beautiful. The jobs were done efficiently and the communication with the company was immaculate. Great customer service! Will recommend to everyone!

Island Granite supplied a great product at a great price. They were extremely helpful from the start, in offering helpful suggestions as to what product and colour would best suit our cabinet choice as well as what would look best to accent our floor and paint colours. They arrived at the scheduled time to do the laser templating and took the time to discuss all aspects of the job, as to overhangs and returns, sink location etc. as we had no actual written plans for the kitchen. When the day of installation arrived, they were on time and completed a flawless installation, with every section fitting perfectly. We had a large 8' island with bar top, another 6' - "L" shape bar top, an 11' long "U" shape counter top with undermount sink. Everyone who has seen our new kitchen has commented on the beautiful colour of the countertops and the excellent workmanship of the installation. I would highly recommend Island Granite to anyone looking for a reliable company to do their countertops This family business is absolutely #1

Island granite is a fantastic, family-owned and operated business. We initially chose them because their response time was far superior to their competitors, but as time went on, they continued to provide us with endless education and prompt communication to make the right decision for our needs. The installation was amazing & the team were very friendly and efficient. In the end, we have flawless granite countertops in our kitchen & bathrooms, and couldn't be happier with our experience.

Island Granite has great selection and prices. Be sure to get a layout of dimensions prior to fabrication for your verification and educate yourself on proper installation standards to make sure they follow them. Check all details as the job progresses as they are willing to correct oversights, but only if you find them early enough and are aware of what to look for. Provide your own color matched high grade paintable latex caulk for wall seams as they use regular white like most installers. Stone cuts will not be laser perfect, but mostly satisfactory. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Went to store and spoke with salesperson, and on phone with another salesperson. Sent dimensions (Long L shaped) and got an estimate and was told owner would have to come and measure. Seemed very personable. Informed by sales staff they could come and instal early on a date when I had a commitment to take my Mum to Dr. They said all they needed was door left open. Against my and my mother's best judgement we went to the Doctor s it was important. My husband was at home. Installed but clearly cut too short along back of long side and so they moved it forward leaving a 3/8" gap., and pulled shorter side up to it leaving another 3/8" gap at stove so counter top was visible beside stove. My husband paid without inspecting work and they left. When I got home and saw the gaps I called the store and spoke to saleswoman who said "I really should have been at home" and to send photos Which I did. Salesman called and said I had moved stove to make the photo look worse and if they had made it so it would butt up to the stove they would have had to cut another piece of stone. When the owner cam to reassess he quickly indicated that he had mis measured and would fix it. All good, but I mentioned that I really had a problem with his customer service and proceeded to tell him the story about the staff. He cut me off abruptly saying they were his wife and son. I indicated that they were probably very nice people but this was business and that I thought he might be interested in feedback about his business. He got quite angry and said that when they came back to reinstall we weren't allowed to be in the home. In the end it was fixed, but, I really couldn't recommend them because of the terrible experience.

I am extremely pleased with the quartz kitchen countertop, vanities and sinks I had replaced by Darrel and his team at Island Granite. I shopped around at half a dozen places and chose Island Granite because they had the best variety of material, competitive pricing, and an honest and professional team. Looking at my counters I can see the quality and skill that went into the finished product! Darrel helped us out when we changed our order by adding an extension piece to the vanity. The installation team was professional, courteous and hard working. I definitely recommend!

Thank-you to Island Granite for helping to create a wonderful new kitchen and bathroom for our family. Our experience from first contact to finished product was fantastic. We were able to physically see our Countertops which made a huge difference to just viewing something over the internet. All the staff was friendly and knowledgable . We had gone to other companies but were the most impressed by these guys. I purchased both granite and quartz they are both beautiful. I have attached photos of my updated kitchen and bathroom. The gorgeous tile work that sets the counters off is done by Vince Nosek. I am so very pleased
