★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Windsor plywood multiple times with the hopes I will have a positive experience. Everytime I end up leaving frustrated and wondering why certain employees are still employed. Not sure I will ever return, how many times can a guy roll his eyes at you and grumble when you ask a question in regards to a door product or order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Windsor Plywood in Nanaimo is getting “grabby” and are making expensive lumber prices worse by gouging customers to cut sheet goods. I appreciate that it costs money to operate a panel saw but $2 a cut is unreasonable. This is an overhead that is part of running your business, all you succeed in doing is driving your customers to the big box stores.
