Chris resolved our issues in a professional, equitable manner and maintained a friendly cordial relationship with us while communicating every detail of the process as needed. He is a tremendous ambassador and asset for your company and very much appreciated by the customer. We have spoken to others who have had dealings with Jordans and everyone agrees that Chris is a great guy to deal with and share our opinion of him.
The installer who installed our kitchen flooring,Bob and his helper have tons of experience and it really shows, they did a great job. They showed up on time, we’re neat and cleaned up and very respectful. They were trustful so we were able to give them keys to our place.
All in all a great job with an amazing result.

Shawn is accessible, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, generous with his time and puts the customer's interests first. He listens to his clients and works hard to find the right product to match the customer's vision at a great price. We were always presented with multiple options to meet our specifications. We are very, very satisfied with our flooring choices and will continue to work with Shawn in the future. We have no reservations in recommending Shawn.

Starting with Shawn, who has been nothing but informative, helpful, and accommodating when coming to chosing the best flooring and carpet for our home. Estimates were fair and detailed. James, who came into our home to install and finish the job, is one amazing human. He did a fantastic job in every respect and did not hesitate to come back to take care of a few deficiencies and still went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He did it all with positivity and professionism. The work, the clean up, and the details put into everything was remarkable. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience for us. 5 stars and more!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jordans flooring is the only flooring company I use and have used for years . The customer service is fantastic, all the staff at Jordans should receive awards for their kindness alone. Bruce is the greatest, always helpful getting my orders ready for pickup.
Shawn is an expert in his field, so professional and our clients like him. Having a renovation company, you sometimes run into snags along the way , unexpectedly. Shawn just solves the snags " problems ". So to Shawn at the Nanaimo branch, thank you for years of great service. Plus he's always in a good mood , which is good to. Thank you Jordans and to many more years of working together.

The price quoted was competitive and the installation was done on the date promised. James the Carpet installer was very friendly and professional and is an excellent ambassador of Jordan’s. I will recommend them if you are thinking of flooring renovations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose Jordans Flooring for our full home flooring renovation. We found Shawn Elwood easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions we had. Shawn's product estimation was bang on with a box and a half of spare flooring left at the end of a 2,000sq ft flooring installation. Tim our flooring installer was fantastic, Tim is very experienced and meticulous he went above and beyond with the installation to ensure a great looking finished product. We would recommend Jordans.
