★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always came here for oil change, however the most recent time I went I was told a 15 minutes wait, it turns out to be 35 minutes. Even more frustrating is the younger staff just keep chatting and laughing having a good time. Very disappointed and won’t come back again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for oil change, the amazing guy checked it for me, said I didn't need a change yet, topped off coolant and window wash for free. Was super nice, excellent customer service. Best service anywhere on the island ! Will be going back when I need an oil change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drive down from Parksville to specifically go to this Great Canadian Oil Change because the staff here are fantastic. They keep the customer in mind, tell you everything you need to know, and don’t reel you into buying stuff you don’t need yet. Excellent service.

Pulled up and after about 5 minutes wait, was asked to move to a different bay since another vehicle was there before me, which is a bit annoying but fair at least.
But then after moving and waiting another 15 minutes they let someone who just pulled up into the middle bay.
So guess they just pick and choose who gets good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living 15 years in Calgary. These automatic car wash are everywhere since winter you need to wash the road salt off the vehicle often. So I know my car wash better than most here.
There is 4 options (I posted a photo) from $9 to $15. I wanted to see what they had to offer so I did their top option $15. Price is $1-2 higher than I seen in Calgary for the top 2 options. The bottom 2 options are in line with what I seen.
The wash itself was rather disappointing. The wash about half the time I experience. For example the dryer was 45 seconds long but other places I been to give 90 seconds. The under and side wash went fast. I didn't feel like I got two high pressure wash. The bug stains were still on my bumper and side mirror (see photos).
When I wanted to complain they were all busy changing oil. Unfortunately there's very limited automatic car wash here. Not like this area needs it compare to Calgary. I would opt for a self-service car wash instead. It's cheaper and clean better than you'll get here. If anything go for the $9 or $11 option. The rainbow foam and rain-x is a waste of money as it's on the car for less than 10 seconds before it gets wash away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there for oil change on May 28. Right away Jake assessed it wasn't absolutely necessary at that time and gave me option to wait. That level of honesty is rare today. I stayed and got it done (my choice) and will be a repeat customer. Fast, informative and professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had me in a few minutes before they opened. Get to stay in the car and listen maybe learn a thing or two. They do everything I should do myself but much quicker and more efficiently and no mess to clean up and dispose of afterwards. Nobody likes a line up when you start your shift but all the staff was great and had me back on the road in no time.
