★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We blew a tire just outside of Salmo. We could not find a replacement in Salmo so called Kal Tire in Castlegar. They had what we needed and we’re willing to stay a few minutes late to change out our tires so we could continue on our journey. The team was incredibly helpful and professional. They made a hard day so much easier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above and beyond service! I came in for an oil change on my RV but they found that I had a ball joint that was about to go on one of my tires. They where able to replace it on very short notice and allowed me to camp outside while I was waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are awesome! They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They didn't try to upsale me, in fact, they asked me questions to ensure I wasn't buying a tread too aggressive (and more expensive) than what I actually needed. They also didn't charge me a penny more than they quoted me (in fact, they charged me a little bit less). The tire protection is the best in the industry: I went backcountry driving on some logging road, my vehicle didn't have proper tires for that adventure, so I popped a tire in the middle of nowhere at the top of a mountain, miles away from home. When I managed to limp down to the nearest Kal Tire, they fixed up my tire at no charge! Worth the peace of mind!
