C	Christopher Croucher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery driver threw my box 20 feet too my front door, ignoring three signs that state "no deliveries, card and hold for pickup". I'm unclear how many more precautions I can take with the care of my parcels that don't transcend into felonies(For instance bear traps.). No one at local courier branch would take the phone call inquiring as too the mental health of the delivery driver.
m	marketa simak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, when will companies learn and stop using them for deliveries. They never knock or ring the doorbell, just leave a note so I have to go pick it up, unacceptable with the price of gas!

After my package being weeks late I cancel the shipment and return to sender. 3 days later it shows up at my house I call to complain and was told too bad so sad you are the proud owner. The absolute worst.

The only thing they deliver are failed delivery attempt stickers from their lazy employees who ding-dong-ditch you without the ding dong as they will walk up to the door without the package and a pre-filled out failed delivery sticker, stick it on the door, and book it back to their van to do the same thing to every other stop. If I ever see purolator as the delivery company after ordering something, I will immediately cancel that order and buy it somewhere else. I'd rather even pay more for my order than use purolator.
B	B. P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claimed no one available to pick up parcel. They never rang the bell at the gate nor did they call or leave the parcel inside the gate. They did throw in a notice saying I could pick it up in Duncan, then Nanaimo, then finally parksville. All not very close to qualicim. Recommend any other service rather than Purolator. You can't even get past their automated phone system. Very poor customer service.
G	Gloria Fantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feb. 10 Purolator Express Pack sent from Vancouver to be delivered with life needed medication on Feb 11. Did not arrive, says delayed due to missed delivery, was on the vehicle for delivery Feb. 11 at 7:52 am. Not scheduled for delivery until Feb 14! Inexcusable when you pay for an express service and especially with medications for heart issues. Will be looking at alternate service.
U	Uday Vyas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service. Delivery people ( intentionally ) do not make an attempt to ring the bell or knock on the door. Just put the sticker and be on the way. Twice we had same experience. Now we have to go to their office to pick it up. There is no point of home delivery if you do not receive it at home. Do not recommend it at all. Perhaps it's just Nanaimo branch. Will never, ever, ever use their service for personal or business needs.
B	Brenda Devost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a lot of confusion with two companies' tracking information and at least an hour on the phone to both, trying to sort it out, Purolator re-delivered the item I'd refused earlier (thinking it was an order I'd cancelled). I'd been told that the driver wouldn't be able to return today but he did return just an hour later. I'm so grateful for their understanding and help with this delivery. The driver was very kind in the face of my error and so were the reps I'd spoken to. Nice people and delivery was on time.
