A	A Allbury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was home watching, the driver came the the door and tried to open the glass door which was locked. As I was settling my dog down so I could open the door the driver left. I then received an email a few minutes later saying that "no one was home and they couldn't drop off the package". I'm so annoyed with UPS. Not the first time this has happened. Worst delivery service. Now trying to track my package down, but apparently was sent back to sender after being in the warehouse for 2 days.

Becayse unfortunatelypost Covid UPS doesn't have a full service office on Vancouver Island the only have drop off locations. Which is odd because you often see UPS trucks so business should be good enough to have a couple full service locations on the island maybe in Victoria and Nanaimo.
N	Nomadik Creative on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently, a pre-requisite for working at UPS is you have to be stupid. My house number is 646, and they delivered my order to 656. The shipping label clearly stated my address in big block letters, yet they still delivered to the wrong address anyways. Good luck getting it sorted out with UPS though, they go pretty far out of their way to insulate themselves from having to deal with customers. There is no way to talk to anyone unless you drive to their warehouse, and even THAT is closed to the public. I don't understand how a company that could care less about hiring competent people to running their business can stay in business? So many terrible reviews, rated 2.1 out of 5 stars, and they do nothing to fix any of the problems or try to make right so many of the things that are wrong. The general attitude of UPS as a business is "We couldn't care less".
S	Sara Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, they apparently have my packages but failed to leave a sticker telling me to pick them up. They made one attempt, did not say it was available for pickup, just said they'd try again. They did not. No pickup location mentioned (usually the gas station but they don't have it). SO I must drive to their warehouse and resume the search. Ok I managed to get a tracking number and they should have everything there. I am totally good with picking up but you gotta tell me you have the package and where.
K	Kelly Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No door buzzer rang, no doorbell rang, no knock on the door, no phone call. Just left a note saying to pick up the parcel at a Nanaimo Shell gas station. Went there and no parcel there. Very poor service by the UPS driver! My email said no one was home to receive the parcel… that was a lie. After seeing other similar reviews about UPS , I sure hope the company pays attention and deals with this kind of poor service!
L	Lenna Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This UPS delivery employee pulled up and left my neighbours boxes at the end of the driveway. No knocking, no attempt to reach them. I know that they're not even home, so went and hauled the boxes up to their door myself. Can't get through to custom services. So leaving a review. Had a similar issue with the same delivery driver earlier in the spring with a valued purchase. Delivery means to the door, not at the end of a driveway.
