★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased to see OPS/Intelcom taking on Amazon service in Thunder Bay. Being from Calgary, I was quite used to the one day service Intelcom offered with Amazon, and had been missing it. While Canada Post was just fine, they did not have weekend service and at times parcels would end up in limbo or end up not being delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful employees. They made a delivery mistake once and the driver went out of his way to personally solve the problem. Their drivers are always super polite. Hopefully they can keep up this small business type of customer service as they grow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not all but some deliveries result in tossed packages. I have a ring camera and have noticed this a few times. Please tell your employees that even though there may not be a fragile sticker on the package doesn't mean whatever is inside isn't breakable.
