★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a rating for the website and yes it’s that bad I would give zero but at least I guess there is a website no matter how useless it is. Horrendously bad website don’t try to use your phone on anything on their site nothing works the rates and charges don’t make sense it’s impossible to figure out. For a quote you have to fill out 100 fields with your contact information, I can only assume whoever was in charge of creating that is no longer at west jet because that was painful ?
