★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say about Specsavers other than amazing. I had a fantastic experience here when I brought in some glasses I had broken. Replaced under warranty, no questions asked. My new glasses came in faster than I expected and the staff was friendly, helpful and inviting. Not to mention knowledgeable. Can't say enough about this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff whom helped pick out the frames and assist with the tests and fitting, Jillian and Darhyl, were really great. They were professional, friendly, and listened to me when I described the type of frames I was interested in and then helped me choose multiple ones to try.
The optometrist was also very informative and efficient.
The glasses I chose fit well and look good. I am very satisfied with the entire process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great! My dad and I both came in to get glasses. He got two reading glasses - there was a problem with shipping and they took over 5 weeks to come in. But Dad was allowed to pick a free pair on the house for the wait. He got a nice pair of sunglasses. Rachel was super lovely assisting him with getting this complimentary pair. I myself ordered two glasses and I later went back and bought a third! Highly recommend Specsavers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my own prescription, however in future I would get my eye exam at specsavers. They have the same equipment as my own optometrist, Plus I was informed no charge for eye exam for seniors which I am. Another bonus is how through Krissy was making sure my fit was accurate.
Love love love my new glasses & sun glasses. I will be returning to use my 50% off coupon. ?
Highly recommend spec savers good prices & excellent service!! Received my glasses in a timely manner. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Specsavers are very efficient and refreshingly friendly as you walk in the door. They are always busy, but they take the time to acknowledge you and tell you that someone will assist you shortly. I am a new customer to them so I have had my eye exams and eyeglasses through them. I am in the process of trying to find suitable contacts since my previous ones were discontinued. Specsavers have been at ordering various trials to help me out. So far we have been unsuccessful, but they keep trying. I have had very good experiences and would recommend them, as a matter of fact I did, and my friend is also satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Specsavers was an excellent one . Ian the Optometrist was the best I've ever experienced. He spent over an hour with me and gave a detailed description that was easily understood about my eye health and needs. Charming Felicity helped me select frames and made me feel like a vauled customer. I enjoyed the entire service that I received there. Prices were better than anything quoted and I got all the lens protectors plus tint in one pair and plain in the other pair for the low cost of 590 dollars. Also given a guarantee of replacement for two years free of charge for accidental damage that happens in life.
At Iris they wanted 1365 for one pair with an option to replace the 1 set for a year and no guarantee for accidents. More than double the cost for less than half the product. The glasses are perfect and I love them. Thank you Specsavers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the staff were so lovely and warm. No cold, scripted conversation. They seemed to genuinely care about me and my options. My optometrist was fantastic and thorough. My glasses fitting was quick and smooth. Receiving my glasses was speedy and they fit me perfectly. I've been going to Specsavers since I was a little girl back home in England. I am beyond thrilled to have a trusted brand here in Canada too now. And what a fantastic team to represent you (I really wish I could remember any of their names but just know all three of the people who helped me were 10/10 service. *chefs kiss* genuinely get them all a bonus now! If you gave me a line up, I'd happily point them out). Will be returning again in future!!!
