★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been suffering from headache, and dizziness for over a year after my car accident. Then I start seeing doctor Mcroden.
When I started my vision therapy I started to feel the different with the headache and with time the dizziness start to be way better.
It might sound too long to have every week appointment for almost 6 months but by the end I am so happy that I did it
it helped me so much and it reduced the pain and headache I have
I use to be so scared to drive at night after going there I am driving again at night time
I do highly recommended it to anyone who has a bad headache and dizziness also don't think how long it will take just do it you wouldn't be sorry at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So today's review is an update and a new perspective... the Dr. Contacted me directly and very genuine and authenticly thanked me for my honest review. He said this is an awaken learning curve to review and improve. Clearly, he has integretity that my first impression felt obsolete. The Dr spoke of resolution and understanding. I too, regained a new and much more favorable perspective. A positive resolution all around the board. Very surprised and impressed by the Dr personal reach out to support his team, his clients and his business. K and I will be seeing him in person to review Ks potential with the services offered. Thank you for reaching out, you don't know how positively you impacted change and resolution.
K has very complex needs. ....(I have erased the old post and replaced it with )... and Optimization NeuroVisual wants to see how they can optimize his potential. I couldn't be happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leslie is the real MVP. I never acquired services here because I called the wrong number, however she provided me with numerous clinics to visit to find what I was looking for. May I mention I called 15 minutes before they closed and she still went above and beyond!? I’ve worked customer service for many years and been on the receiving end of employees who are nearing the end of the day and don’t seem to give a sh*t about you. But not my homegirl, Leslie. She built different. ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far our experience with Opto-mization and particularly Channa has been wonderful. Channa is so patient, kind and makes the therapy fun! She has really connected with my daughter and it's obvious to see how much she cares about her clients. I am so grateful that we found out about our daughters tracking problems and am already amazed at how far she has come with her reading and confidence. If I could give ten stars I would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Dr. McCrodan and his team. Very professional and friendly support team and Dr. McCrodan himself is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He provides a very thorough exam and offers solutions to conditions most other health care professionals struggle to help their patients with. I left his office with temporary measures to immediately help my symptoms and a long term plan to permanently resolve the issue.
