The clinical services are excellent; the optometrists have always given me detailed explanations about the health of my eyes and about any changes in eye health. They encourage questions from the client. The dispensing opticians are also very client-oriented and offer clear explanations of the features/cost of the lenses. I appreciate that there is rarely a wait to see the doctor at the appointed time.
