★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very professional family friendly practitioners office's Doctor Beerman Delivered me at NRGH(Nanaimo Regional General Hospital) & I continue to see him every few years to stay current, I am currently waiting for an appointment in the next week(im looking forward to it!) - Who woulda thought it, Looking forward to a doctors appointment, (Lol!) I highly recommend this fine establishment of experienced practitioners of health! I can assure you if all your needs are not met here, you will be referred to a specialist. *Useful tip* be sure to make a list before going to the doctor of all the problems associated with your health!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building and very polite staff with some really good doctors. They would receive five stars if they kept their appointments on time. They are almost always 15 or 20 minutes late, and sometimes longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic doctors. Horrendous front desk staff. Normally I go in and both women at the front just continue typing not looking up or acknowledging me in any way shape or form. There you wait patiently until someone looks up at you, and asks which doctor your there to see. No hello, no Ill be right with you, nothing. McDonalds has more professional clerks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of laughter at the front desk, but I still give them 5 stars as they seem genuinely interested in helping you.The place looks clean and busy.
The nurse seems knowledgeable and caring, she answered all my questions patiently. I'm glad they took me on, as I'm new to the island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a patient here for years. Through all the changes and current difficulties… they remain calm, efficient and respectful. From the reception staff to the doctors…I find they listen to my needs and help me as best they can. I miss Dr. beerman but I’m very happy with my new doctor.
