★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Mr. Sparkle for exterior home cleaning. Jonathan and Tristan did a professional and thorough job on our roof, gutters, siding and driveway. Their cleaning techniques do a great job without harming the roofing or other materials. They were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job of cleanup. They even power washed some extra sidewalk at no charge that was not in the original estimate. I'll be a repeat customer!

Jonathan was able to get out to do a quote promptly, and due to a cancellation, they were able to start the same day. Fair price, good communication, and Tristan worked tirelessly in the blistering August heat to make our house look brand new!

One of the things about hiring tradespeople in the Nanaimo area is that they are often unresponsive and late. The Mr. Sparkle folks got back to me fairly quickly through text, whereupon we negotiated a day and time. On the day, the crew arrived exactly on time (I can't say how much I appreciate this!), greeted me cheerfully and cleaned the house and garage gutters thoroughly and conscientiously.
I felt like I was dealing with professionals and the cost for the service was very reasonable (my only minor quibble is that I wish they accepted credit cards, rather than e-Transfer). I look forward to hiring Mr. Sparkle for other jobs (such as roof cleaning and window cleaning) in the future and I strongly recommend this company to all home owners.
